For this assignment we had to do two assignments. They were Color Names and Color Schemes. Some challenges was finding the hex code and the RGB value for the assignments. It was time consuming to continuously go back and forth to find the RGB and the Hex code. I am proud of how the projects look like. It looks good and it is very neat. For the second project I used a website called Adobe Color. I used Monochromatic, Analogus, Triad, and Complimentary for the schemes. Overall I learned a lot more about color, what an RGB was, and what the hex code is. Color NamesColor Schemes

Typography is how you can change its alignment, font, and size of a text so that you can make it more appealing. Fonts can change the mood and tone of a word. The appropriate font can attract people whereas the "wrong" font could lose interest. The quote "Each font has a personality and a purpose" means that every font has a different use in each situation. We wouldn't use a fancy font in an essay, we would most likely use a font like Times. There are five different types of fonts and they are Serif, Sans Serif, Monospaced, Script, and Display. Serif fonts have "feet" on the other hand San Serif fonts don't have feet. Monospaced fonts are spaced equally, Script fonts are handwritten, and Display fonts are used for attention. Typeface ComparisonIn this assignment we had to use one word in 5 different designs. In this task we had to use the Serif, Sans Serif, Monospaced, Script, and Display fonts. By using the C.R.A.P principles I used the word "OKC is Trash" to do this assignment. Word PortraitsIn this assignment we had to use 10 fonts and 20 words. The words in each section had to represent the font and a word that doesn't represent the font. This assignment took some time to find the words for each font.
In these exercises I learned how to cut images, trace over images by dragging my mouse, using shift, and by using the option key. The pen tool is very useful to cut out images. For the summative, I used Biden, Trump, and a finish line. A challenge I had was using the option key. The option key was confusing and I didn't get the function and the use of it. When I learned what option was used for, I could use it without trouble. This activity was very useful and even though it was stressful at times.
Kimbap is meaningful to me because I always eat it at least two times a week. Every time I need to eat something quick I mostly eat kimbap. For the last two months

This is an abstract drawing. It is symmetrical and the lines meet up in the center of the drawing, This drawing is made up with ovals, squares and lines. In this assignment I learned how to code ellipses, oval, lines, squares, etc. The line that crosses in the middle was just random, I just felt like putting it there. I also learned that you can draw anything with coding. I am very excited to learn how to draw various types of code. CODE //background
background(0, 0, 0); //top fill(93, 155, 171); rect(21, 37, 100, 100); fill(101, 204, 78); arc(201, 86, 122, 96, -91, 271); fill(195, 199, 66); rect(285, 37, 100, 100); //middle fill(62, 192, 209); arc(70, 202, 122, 96, -91, 271); fill(71, 153, 58); rect(151, 149, 100, 100); fill(197, 219, 33); arc(333, 202, 122, 96, -91, 271); //bottom fill(212, 124, 36); rect(21,265, 100, 100); fill(219, 79, 79); arc(201, 317, 122, 96, -91, 271); fill(44, 70, 199); rect(285, 265, 100, 100); line(1, 1, 400, 400); line(442, -41, -52, 447); |
